Our Leadership Team

Andrew Hanna has worked with Orca and PAET in various management roles for the past nine years, being appointed Managing Director of PAET in 2019. He joined Orca following a career spanning four decades in the public sector where he led engineering, logistics and security projects around the world. Since joining Orca, he has played an integral role in the development and delivery of strategic and operational plans for PAET, while taking a lead role in the management of complex senior stakeholder issues in Tanzania. Andrew has a strong background in electronic and civil engineering and has a Master’s Degree in Military Science from Cranfield University. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Member of the Institute of Royal Engineers.

Andrew is pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration, specializing in Oil and Gas Management, through Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen.

Bizimana Ntuyabaliwe joined PAET’s Finance Department in 2008. Starting as a Management Accountant, his talents were soon recognised and he was quickly promoted to Finance Manager before further promotion to become the company’s Commercial Manager. In this role, Bizimana oversaw a broad range of PAET’s business functions that gave him excellent insight into how the company operated. Today, Bizimana is PAET’s Deputy Managing Director, a role to which his skills and experience are highly suited.

Prior to joining PAET, Bizimana worked with a soft drink manufacturing company, Coca Cola Kwanza Limited as Finance Manager, and with a telecommunication company, Celtel Tanzania Limited (now known as Airtel Tanzania Limited), as an Accountant.

Bizimana is a Certified Public Accountant CPA(T) and holds an MBA (Finance) and B.Com (Accounting) degree from the University of Dar es Salaam.

Mwinshehe Said has served as the Finance Director of PAET since he joined the company in 2004. He is a professional accountant, having spent over nineteen years in the fields of accounting, assurance, taxation and advisory services. Before joining PAET, Mwinshehe was privileged to have worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, a multinational assurance and accounting firm, in Mauritius, Saudi Arabia, Botswana and Tanzania for over ten years, and later at Airtel Tanzania Limited. Mwinshehe also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of PAET.

Mwinshehe is a CPA (Tanzania) and holds first degrees in Accounting and Law, and a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Strathclyde.

Peter Sololo has been with PAET since 2012 prior to which he worked for TATA Africa Holdings in the Chemical sales department as a sales engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and process engineering from the University of Dar es salaam Tanzania and currently pursuing a Masters of Project Management from the University of Liverpool.

Over the 10 years with PAET, Peter has worked in several roles within the operations department. He worked as a site field operator, production engineer, well services engineer, operations and projects engineer before being promoted to Operations Manager in July 2020.

Peter is a member of the society of Petroleum Engineers.
